Description of the property
The flat offers a bedroom with a double bed, bunkbeds in a corner and a sofa-bed in the living room.
The kitchen includes a fridge, small freezer, an modern electric stove, a microwave and an oven.
There is a small outside space to eat out and enjoy the sun.
I do not provide wifi in the flat.
The block of flats is located 800m from the village, and 300 m from the beach.
In the summer, the common and non-heated pool opens from mid-June to mid-September.
There is much more than the beach to enjoy at la Bernerie ; you'll find a sailing club, shore fishing sessions, a big pond to bathe in when the tide is low, kilometers of wild coast paths leading to Pornic... the Loire estuary is not far either, just as the island of Noirmoutier.
There is a private parking space but you can also come by train (the train station "la bernerie" is 15 minutes on foot).

Accessible en train, la Bernerie-en-Retz est reliée par navette estivale gratuite à toutes les villes de la côte de Jade, jusqu'à l'estuaire de la Loire. Le logement est situé à 15 minutes à pied de la gare.
La Bernerie vous propose une grande plage avec bassin et promenade réaménagée en 2025, bar et club de plage, club de voile, aire de jeux pour enfants, pêche aux coquillages... et petites plages plus sauvages. Le sentier côtier jusqu'au port de Pornic n'est pas loin, l'Île de Noirmoutier est à 40 km.
