Come and enjoy the Atlantic coastline in my small but convenient ground-level flat with an outside space, 300 m from the sea and with a pool during summer time
The flat offers a bedroom with a double bed, bunkbeds in a corner and a sofa-bed in the living room.
The kitchen includes a fridge, small freezer, an modern electric stove, a microwave and an oven.
There is a small outside space to eat out and enjoy the sun.
I do not provide wifi in the flat.
The block of flats is located 800m from the village, and 300 m from the beach.
In the summer, the common and non-heated pool opens from mid-June to mid-September.
There is much more than the beach to enjoy at la Bernerie ; you'll find a sailing club, shore fishing sessions, a big pond to bathe in when the tide is low, kilometers of wild coast paths leading to Pornic... the Loire estuary is not far either, just as the island of Noirmoutier.
There is a private parking space but you can also come by train (the train station "la bernerie" is 15 minutes on foot).
