Description of the property
House of 130 m² with, upstairs 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (large shower - bath - toilet). On the ground floor, large and bright entrance, living room, kitchen, porch and games room, toilettes. A large garden of 650 m² with trees. We have vines (Chasselas), plums that give the summer, a banana for decoration and a large cypress for shade. A hut, a trampoline, a football goal for children; a well, a henhouse (3 hens). We also have a very independent pussy that only requires kibble from time to time as it makes its life outside (no litter).

In the countryside, not far from the city, in a fishing village near the Loire. Nice place to live. The house is large, spacious with a playroom for children. The large garden with trees and trampoline, henhouse. Activities: The Loire by bike, travel to Nantes, visit the city of Nantes, beaches of Loire-Atlantique (La Baule, Pornic ...) and beaches of Vendée not far. Visit of the vineyards of Nantes; Not far from Brittany. 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Vendée. Near the city, major highways without undergoing them.

#1291. Des vacances au top!!
Merci de nous avoir fait partager votre lieu de vie où on se sent tout de suite à l'aise tant la vie et les bons moments semblent transpirer de toute la maison. La maison est très confortable avec différents espaces, un grand jardin: nous nous avons adoré!
La localisation de la maison nous a permis de profiter des bords de Loire à vélo qui rejoignent la Vélodysée, de Nantes (il faut voir les Machines!), de Pornic (jolie ville balnéaire aux petites plages conviviales) et plus au sud de l'ile Noirmoutier... un changement radical de paysage pour nous Haut-Alpins!!
Un vrai régal! Merci aussi à vous 4 pour toutes les attentions de bienvenue !
