Description of the property
It is a stone farmhouse of approximately 100m2 located south composed of a large living room on the ground floor, including the entrance, the living room and the kitchen. Upstairs, we have 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a single bed on the mezzanine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a third bedroom with a double bed) as well as toilets. On the kitchen side, a few stairs provide access to the back of the house, including a bathroom (with dry toilet, bath/shower, washbasin) and an additional bedroom at the top of the stairs.A veranda is at the entrance of the house. Our house is on a plot of 1ha, with a part dedicated to the garden (with a swing and a slide), a vegetable garden under construction, a forest and 2 fields dedicated to sheep. It is a very quiet and very beautiful place, on the edge of the forest and 35 minutes by foot from the sea through the forest.

Neighborhood
Treduder est la plus petite commune des côtes d'armor. C'est un village entre terre et forêt. Depuis Treduder, nous sommes à 10 minutes des plages magnifiques et sauvages de Beg Douar, Pors Melec, ou les falaises de Tredrez Locquemeau. Vous trouverez de nombreuses activités nautiques à essayer ou pratiquer, comme le surf, le kite surf, la pêche, etc ainsi que des balades le long du sentier côtier ou dans les bois. Les villes de Lannion et de Morlaix sont à 20 min en voiture et proposent des activités culturelles variées.

Who are we ?
Hi,
we are a happy family living on the breton west coast about 5 minutes by car away from the sea, between Lannion and Morlaix. I'm Yann-William, a 41 years old graphic designer and my companion, Marine, is a 38 years old french teacher for foreigners. We have 3 children, Gael, 8 years old, and Lucille and Lilouenn both 3 years old (as you may have guessed, they are twins!). Before settling down in the Tregor in 2016, Marine and I travelled a lot (Spain, Finland, Italy, Greece, Turkey, UK, Canada, Vietnam..); we are very interested about other cultures, other languages, other usages. I speak fluent spoken english ( my written english is pretty weak!!) and Marine speaks fluent spanish. We live in a typical breton stonehouse, in the heart of the countryside, 2 steps away from a charming forest and river, with many hiking trails arround. The atmosphere is very peaceful and pretty. We have a big "work-in-progress" garden in a permacultural way and a vegetable garden too.We love to play board games, and also have a great passion for comics. We have a lot of passions and are curious about everything (it ranges from comics to botany, from ornithology to cinema, from literature to PMT. We love to learn from others and share good times to create beautiful memories, for us, our children, and our guest.
Our research
Un premier échange est conclu pour cet été du 20 au 30 juillet 2024. Nous aimerions aussi repartir soit la semaine du 07 juillet, soit lors de la dernière semaine d'août dans une ville située dans un rayon de 5 heures de route environ (du Havre à la Rochelle, en passant par Tours, Nantes...), afin de profiter des joies de la ville :))

#2479. Vacances ressourçantes en Côtes d'Armor
Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille chez Yann, Marine et leurs 3 enfants ! La maison est un grand nid douillet, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Elle est entourée d'arbres, au calme, dispose d'un superbe potager et de balançoires pour les enfants :) Yann et Marine sont très sympathiques et les échanges se sont très bien passés. La région est magnifique, c'est la Bretagne ! Une super première expérience pour nous, merci pour tout !

Très beau cadre de vie, maison joliment rénovée par leurs soins idéalement située pour profiter du littoral.
Nous sommes revenus de notre week-end de l'ascension de 4 jours enchantés.

#2235. Un petit séjour qui nous a tous fait du bien
Pendant 4 jours entre Noël et le 1er de l'an, nous nous sommes reposés en famille devant un feu de bois. La maison est propice à la détente et les alentours idéals pour des balades. C'était chouette !
