House in SW of France, swimming pool, cathar-medievals villages

Description of the property

Our house is situated 40 km N.E. from TOULOUSE in the South West of France, 40 km from ALBI, 130 km from CARCASSONNE (Classified in the world heritage of the humanity- UNESCO).
It’s built on a 3300 m2 ground in an oak wood. It’s very pleasant principally in summer during the warming days. We can eat outside under shadow. Inside, it’s all renoved. It’s 140 m2 and is composed of two levels. A garage, the cellar, the kitchen, a big dining-room (45m2), toilets, one bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground level. Then upstairs, 2 other big rooms, another bathroom and toilets. In front of it, a terrace opens on trees with a barbecue, on the kitchen and the dining room. This one have a fireplace.
0ur house has all the appliances equipment. (washing machine and dryer, dishes machine, oven, freezer, refrigerator...), TV, phone, a computor with Internet illimited acces.(See description). We can receive 8 – 9 persons (4 beds 2 places + a folding bed 1 place + mattress). We can get you a car and bicycles.
We have a direct exit on a small road. A private yard allows cars parking. Outside, a big garage in wood and there is a swing and crossbarand stands for children. We have a big private wood,warm swimming pool.


We live 5 kms from the exit n° 7, highway TOULOUSE-ALBI. The access is easy and quick to visit the area. The roads are goods. The house is situated in a rural area but near other habitations. We are in front of a path which crosses the country and the fields, just near a farm with animals and individual houses. The neighbour’s are quiet and friendly. The environment is very pleasant.

In the district, in front of the road (500m), there is a flowers park. This place, with more than 2500 different species, is unique in the South West of France. A touristic little train link another village and permit to discover the landscape. Two kms back of the house, there is a forest of 650 ha open to the public, with differents possibilities of walking, biking, or riding. By the way, it exists two riding centres (horses), one is near the little train station.

On the neighbouring districts, you can find a base of U.L.M. (Ultra Light Motorised). Different possibilities of walking thanks to indicated paths also exist. Fishing is possible in the 3 rivers which cross the district (Dadou, Agout, Tarn). We can let you a inflatable boat. The touristic activities don’t miss in the area.
