Description of the property

Our 1960s house is ideally located north of Montpellier, 5 minutes from the university, the zoo and the city centre.

There is a tram station less than 600 metres away. The historic city centre and St Roch train station are 10 minutes away by tram.

The house is 12 km from Montpellier Airport and 16 km from the Mediterranean Sea (Carnon). There are supermarkets, a very good bakery, a tobacconist and a Picard frozen food store within a 5-minute walk. The Beaux-Arts district with its daily market is a 15-minute walk away.

You can easily hire bicycles to get around the city and go to the sea thanks to a network of cycle paths.

Our neighbourhood is very quiet and our garden faces a large private park. There are no neighbours opposite. The neighbours in the street are friendly.
In summer, you can enjoy the garden at the back of the house, on a terrace with garden furniture for meals.

On the ground floor, the house has an open-plan kitchen
dining room and a small lounge, both opening onto the garden. There is a piano in the centre of the room.

Upstairs there is a toilet and a bathroom, as well as two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a small office. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. There are mosquito nets on the windows and shutters to protect from the heat.

There is a garage for storing bicycles.
The house is 100 m².
Parking is available.

The house has internet,TV, fans ,air conditioning in the main area, a dishwasher, a washing machine and an automatic sprinkler system for the garden.

There is also Selma, an adorable cat who needs to be fed and three tortoises.
