Description of the property
Our house is about 200 m2 on a plot of 1500 m2 of wooded land. It is an old stone house from CAEN that we have renovated. The environment is very quiet, quite rural, yet we are less than 10 minutes from the city center of Caen. Walks are accessible from the house, whether on foot or by bike. 15 minutes by car or bus, and the Memorial for Peace museum 2 km away.
