Quiet two-room apartment in Paris Centre

We are exclusively looking for a synchronous exchange.

- We are considered responsible, precise and attentive to others. We will be respectful of your accommodation and expect this respect from you in our home. To help you settle in, we've prepared a short guide; we'll also include a few labels in the apartment to indicate our expectations (such as the discretion near the windows mentioned above) and our recommendations for use.
- No direct sunlight in the apartment (the white wall facing the apartment does reflect the sun, making the main room bright in the middle of a sunny day). You have to approach a window to see the sky.
- The apartment's internal soundproofing is limited: it's difficult, for example, for a light sleeper to sleep while someone is cooking. More generally, the proximity of other apartments means you need to be discreet if you're on the balcony or even near an open window: the garden walls will reflect your noise back to our neighbors.
- No television or microwave oven. Overall, the apartment has been furnished with great restraint.
- Some food shops in the neighborhood. We can recommend the ones we use.
- Limited or no coverage by some cellular networks (no SFR reception, limited Bouygues and Free reception). The apartment is connected to the internet.
