Description of the property
It is a big family, alive house. Traditional stone house, more than centenarian, it has a lot of charm.
In the rez of road, a large kitchen dining room and a big lounge, room(part,play) to be lived. On the first floor, three small child's rooms, the big room of the parents, a bathroom.
We have of modern and old furnitures.
The house is filled with comic strips, novels, of board games and toys for all the ages (we areenjoy a lot reading and by games).
We have all the necessary equipment for the young children: cot, bathtub baby, highchair.
You can take advantage of the shadow of our immense maple (you can see it in photo in front of the house but in autumn, the summer it is quite green and we live below!). Swing, slide and hut for the children. The house was renovated first time there are about twenty years (it is not quite new, we are going to paintings little by little)
The garden is not enclosed, but the house is at the end of a path and not by the roadside: to you the big spaces! (but it is thus necessary to look after the young children)!

At one hour from Bordeaux time by the Highway A10, it is advised to come by car. There is a trainstation to Jonzac on the line Bordeaux Saintes Nantes.

Further information
You will have for neighbors a family having hydrotherapy (Jonzac is a spa town) who will occupy another wing of the farm but their terrace and garden give on the other side.

Hello! We are Sylvie and Hugues, a couple of winegrowers in their forties. We have three children ( Inès born in 2002, Armand born in 2005 and Céleste born in 2011). We enjoy travelling around the word and discovering new cultures. And we like invite people to discover our nice area, Haute Saintonge in Charente-Maritime
Our research
This year, our house is available between 16/08/2018 and the 31/08/2018, in exchange not simultaneous (because we have already organized our holidays for this summer). We could come for the Christmas holidays or February or Easter 2019, we wait for your proposals in France or abroad. (Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Italy Roma, Naples, Amsterdam. Our main house is available above all during summer, on school holidays for one or two weeks. For shorter stay or more often durind the year have a look on our announcement number 244, our guest house, we make exchanges with it too and it can be non simultaneous.
