our house is located in a very quiet dead-end in the green and residential area of Montpellier.On the ground floor you have one kitchen, a dining-room and a living room: the three of them open on the front garden and on the back garden as well.There is one seperate toilet on that floor too.On the first floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with its toilets.The house has air conditioning and offers all the modern comfort needed.It is at 5 minutes walk from the tram that takes you very quickly to the city centre or the surroundings of Montpellier.The shopping can easily be made on foot from the house.

Les visites peuvent se faire à pied, en tram (à 5 mn de la maison)qui vous emmène partout ou en voiture pour aller voir les terres rouges du lac du Salagou, la station météo du Mont aigoual et son paysage à couper le souffle ou pousser jusqu'à Perpignan et pourquoi pas l'incontournable baie de Collioure.
