Description of the property
Our house has 4 bedrooms and one playroom for the children (books and toys) and XBOX360. A large sunny room with the kitchen and the living room. We have 2 bathrooms (bath and shower) and the WC are on each level. We also have a backyard garden where you can enjoy a barbecue!
Theres plenty to do in Nantes: through Le Voyage a Nantes you just need to follow the green line marked on the ground to see the main spot of the city: chateau, Tour Lu, Tour de Bretagne,the famous elephant... you'll be happy to see theres so much to do!
By car, the beaches are 45 minutes away.

Neighborhood
In a quiet residential area, you can park your car in front of our garage and walk 400 meters to take the tramway and go to the city center. We are also close to the west ring and you can easily take the road for the seaside : St Brevin, Pornic, La Baule.
We also have a cat called "Mercredi" who is independent but needs to be fed. The same for the fishes in the aquarium.

Research
Who are we ?
We are a family of 4: 2 adults in the forties: Stephanie and Prashanth and 2 children of 8 and 10. We are used to travel regularly.
We also have an aquarium with beautiful fishes who need to be fed from time to time. Our cat "Mercredi" is friendly and independant but will also need some pet food.
Our research
We are looking for holidays during this summer for 2 weeks between july 15th to august 15th.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à Nantes, une ville très belle, aux activités multiples, à la grande richesse patrimoniale, avec le bonheur d'être près de l'Océan. La maison de Stéphanie et Pranshant est accueillante et chaleureuse et nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment bien. A notre retour, notre maison était impeccable et la piscine plus propre que lorsque nous l'entretenons nous-mêmes ! Nous recommandons absolument cette maison et cette famille. Merci beaucoup à vous.
