Nous sommes une famille avec 2 enfants nés en 2006 et 2008. En 2009, nous avons déjà réalisé 4 échanges : tous ont été particulièrement réussis !
Nous recherchons une maison à échanger pour :
- les WE (moins de 2h de chez nous)
- une semaine fin 2010.

Grande salle de séjour ouverte sur la cuisine. Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche linge. PAS DE TV !
Cheminée. 3 chambres (2 avec un lit 140, 1 avec un lit 90 + 1 matelas supplémentaire 90 + 1 clic-clac dans le salon) - 2 salles de bains - grande terrasse plein sud. ADSL et téléphone vers fixes en France illimités.
Barbecue, jardin potager et balançoire. Jeux d'enfants et vélos à disposition.
Modern house on one level with garden located in a small village at the end of a no through road. Large living area opening onto the kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. No TV! Fireplace. 3 bedrooms – (2 with double beds and one single + extra single mattress and a sofa bed in the living room) – 2 bathrooms – large south facing terrace. ASDL and unlimited use of the phone for national calls (France). Barbecue, vegetable garden and swings. Children’s toys and bikes also available. - Surrounding (details): Sentier de randonnée devant la maison. Vue sur les sommets environnants et sur le village.
3 chats et un chien vivent dans le garage et à l'extérieur (garde à discuter selon vos souhaits).
Hiking paths lead from the house. Views of the surrounding peaks and the village. 3 cats and a dog live in the garage and outside (open to discuss wtih you whether or not you wish to take care of them). - Activites, curiosities, sights...: Nous mettons à votre disposition un cahier avec une multitude d'idées de visites, activités, sorties.
En voici quelques exemples : Château de Foix à 7 km. Châteaux cathares. Nombreuses grottes préhistoriques à proximité. Montagnes pyrénéennes. Sentiers de randonnées. Ski de fond (ancienne station) à 20 mn. Ski de piste et thermalisme à 45 mn. Site de parapente à 20 mn.
Toulouse à 1 heure. Andorre et Carcassonne à 1h15.

Hiking paths. Cross country skiing (20 mins away). Downhill skiing and thermal baths are 45 mins away. Paragliding site 20 minutes away.
